1. Inner Tank
Material: SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel, 1.2–2.0 mm thick.
Process: Seamless welding, dished ends, resistant to both positive and negative pressure.
Lifespan: ≥15 years, passed 100,000-cycle fatigue test.
2. Outer Tank
Material: Color steel / galvanised steel / stainless steel (0.4–0.5 mm thick).
Protection: Degreasing → phosphating → electrostatic spraying → high-temperature curing; excellent corrosion and ageing resistance.
3. Insulation Layer
Material: High-density polyurethane (PU) foam, formed by one-shot integral foaming.
Thickness: 50–60 mm, with fine and uniform cellular structure.

4. Bracket
